The Free Print Shop is an all-volunteer group started in 1968 to publish free news, information & art for people who need it. In 1983 the Free Print Shop brought out a dining guide to San Francisco soup kitchens. In 1984 this became the first Free Eats Chart. It was followed by the Free Shelter Chart (1986), the Free Medical Chart (1996), & the Neighborhood Fix-it Chart (1998). The first three Charts are now distributed quarterly in both English & Spanish. The Neighborhood Fix-it Chart is distributed every four months. We welcome comments or criticism, & we are always looking for helpers who have or want to learn skills in editing, translating, programming, graphic design, and nitpicking. FPS April 1, 1998 |
